ERCOT Power
ERCOT power prices began the week on a downward path up to midweek. The week ended with prices moving on a steady path.

ERCOT prompt month finished the week at $47.56, down 7.11% or $3.38.

ERCOT ‘Cal ‘08 closed at $66.44MWh, down 2.83%.

ERCOT ‘Cal ‘09 closed at $65.56/MWh, down 2.15%.

ERCOT ‘Cal ‘10 closed at $63.34/MWh, down 1.48%.

The prompt month on peak for the Houston Zone finished at $55.19/MWh, and the prompt month North Zone on peak finished at $47.56/MWh.

NYISO-NEPOOL Power
Northeast power prices started the week on a steady path and decreased as midweek approached. The week ended with power prices moving upwards.

NYISO Zone J on peak prompt month closed the week at $93.23/MWh increasing $1.06/MWh, an increase of 1.14% from last week.

NYISO Zone A on peak prompt month finished at $65.09/ MWh, an increase of $0.32/MWh or 0.49%.

Massachusetts NEMA on peak prompt month closed at $77.29/MWh, an increase of 0.54% or $0.42/MWh.

Massachusetts SEMA on peak prompt month finished the week at $78.68/MWh, increasing 0.53% or $0.42/MWh.

PJM Power
PJM power prices started the week on a steady path and increased slightly at mid week. The week closed with prices continuing on an increasing path.

Cinergy on peak prompt month finished last week at $56.42/MWh, a change of 0.19%, increasing $0.11/MWh.

NI Hub on peak prompt month finished the same week with an increase of $0.81/MWh closing at $57.31/MWh, a change of 1.41%.

PJM West Hub on peak prompt month increased $0.58/ MWh closing at $67.33/MWh, a change of 0.87%.

PSEG on peak prices for the prompt month closed at $83.63/MWh, a change of 0.70%, up $0.58/MWh.

Natural Gas Market
N atural gas prices started the week on a declining path and leveled off at midweek. Natural gas prices finished the week on an inclining path.

NYMEX prices for the prompt month finished the week at $7.70/MMBtu.

NYMEX Cal ‘08 closed at $8.03/MMBtu, a change of 0.55%, down $0.04/MMBtu.

NYMEX Cal ‘09 finished the week at $8.44/MMBtu; NYMEX Cal ‘10 closed at $8.33/MMBtu.

Algonquin, Transco Z6, and Tetco M3 prompt month basis to NYMEX closed at $1.17/ MMBtu, $1.49/MMBtu and $0.99/MMBtu.

Natural Gas Storage: Gas in Storage Increased 4 Bcf
Working gas in storage was 3,540 Bcf as of Friday, November 16, 2007, according to EIA estimates.

This represents a net increase of 4 Bcf from the previous week.

Stocks were 91 Bcf higher than last year at this time and 284 Bcf above the 5-year average of 3,256 Bcf.

In the East Region, stocks were 87 Bcf above the 5-year average following net withdrawals of 11 Bcf.
Stocks in the Producing Region were 148 Bcf above the 5-year average of 923 Bcf after a net injection of 8 Bcf.

Stocks in the West Region were 50 Bcf above the 5-year average after a net addition of 7 Bcf.

At 3,540 Bcf, total working gas is above the 5-year historical range.
