ERCOT Power
ERCOT power prices began the week with a slight
decrease and reached its peak by mid week. The
week closed with prices continuing on a steady rate.
ERCOT Prompt month deliveries closed at $96.47/MWh,
decreasing $0.48/MWh or 0.49%.
ERCOT '08 finished the week at $80.46/MWh up 1.08%.
ERCOT '09 closed the week at $78.23MWh up 1.09%.
The prompt month for the Houston Zone finished at
$102.77/MWh an increase of 0.07% and the prompt month
North Zone finished at $96.47/MWh down 0.49%.

NYISO-NEPOOL Power
Northeast power prices started the week on a steady
rate and increased into mid week, prices decreased
as the week came to an end but still finishing higher than
last week.
Prompt month prices for the Northeast are 1% to 5% more
than 3 months ago for the same trading month.
NYISO Zone J prompt month closed the week at $135.20/
MWh increasing $3.72/MWh, a change of 2.75%.
NYISO Zone A prompt month finished at $79.70/MWh a
gain of $2.72/MWh or 3.41%
Massachusetts NEMA prompt month closed at $101.07/
MWh a change of 0.82% or $0.83/MWh.
Massachusetts SEMA prompt month finished the week at
$92.07/MWh, increasing 0.90%.

PJM Power
P JM power prices started the week at an increasing
rate and leveled off by mid week while closing at a
higher price compared to last week.
Cinergy prompt month finished the week at $82.97/MWh, a
change of 3.76%, increasing $3.12/MWh.
NI Hub prompt month finished the week with a gain of
$2.60/MWh to close at $82.85/MWh, a change of 3.14%.
PJM West Hub prompt month gained $3.28/MWh closing at
$101.02/MWh, a change of 3.25%.
PSEG prices for the prompt month closed at $123.02/MWh,
a change of 2.67% or $3.28/MWh.
Compared to 3 months ago, PJM prices are 3% to 7%
higher for the same trading period.

Natural Gas Market
Natural gas prices started
the week at a steady rate
but increased slowly by mid
week and the week ended with
prices slightly decreasing from
its mid week price.
NYMEX prices for the prompt
month finished the week at
$7.88/MMBtu an increase of
0.36% or $0.03/MMBtu.
June 2007 prices are 1.75%
higher than 3 months ago for
the same delivery period.
NYMEX Bal. '07 closed at
$8.45/MMBtu a change of
0.23%, up $0.02/MMBtu.
NYMEX Cal '08 finished the
week at $9.00/MMBtu; NYMEX
Cal '09 closed at $8.77/MMBtu.
Algonquin, Transco Z6, and
Tetco M3 prompt month closed
at $1.40/MMBtu, $1.73/MMBtu,
and $1.21/MMbtu respectively.

Natural Gas Storage: Gas in Storage Increased 18 Bcf
Working gas in storage was
2,053 Bcf as of Friday, May 25,
2007, according to EIA estimates.
This represents a net increase
of 107 Bcf from the previous
week.
Stocks were 179 Bcf less than
last year at this time and 355
Bcf above the 5-year average
of 1,698 Bcf.
In the East Region, stocks were
123 Bcf above the 5-year average
following net injections of
65 Bcf.
Stocks in the Producing Region
were 175 Bcf above the 5-year
average of 593 Bcf after a net
injection of 28 Bcf.
Stocks in the West Region
were 57 Bcf above the 5-year
average after a net addition of
14 Bcf.
At 2,053 Bcf, total working gas
is within the 5-year historical
range.
